Protect your children easily with a safety jacket

Tripod has developed a safety jacket for children, easy to put on and use, thanks to its unique central buckle. Keeping your children safe will be a breeze.

Putting a lifejacket on a child can quickly turn out to be a perilous exercise, as long as it moves, there are straps everywhere, or the waistcoat is not intuitive to buckle. Tripod – a brand of sailing sports at Decathlon – has just released a simple life-saving vest that simply slips on a T-shirt: the Easy life vest.

On the left side, a scratch allows you to hold the reflective vest strap to be able to clip the single central loop more easily, especially if your child is moving. With its “fit” shape, there is virtually no need for subcutaneous if equipped. Indeed, its short shape on the front makes it does not ascend under the chin of your child, leaving it free of its movements.

The back is padded for comfort and at the back of the head; there is also foam that will keep your child’s head out of the water. For children under 15 kg, the subcutaneous is replaced by panties. The Easy life vest is rated 100 nektons (ISO12402-4). It has the indispensable safety elements (whistle and reflective strips) and its fluorescent orange and gray colors, just as its design gives it a modern and pleasant look.

Note the absence of yellow vest which makes it easy to catch a child fallen in the water. The team is working on it and could well integrate this system on a future version. For now, it will be enough to recover it by the shoulders.
