It saddens me to see that after studying all the problems that exist or may occur in the street by the coexistence of cars, pedestrians, cyclists, etc. the rider is identified as guilty, because I guess you will have arrived at this conclusion after making a good study, documenting, looking accident statistics, which becomes a serious study.
Well in my humble opinion I think they are wrong, not everything is arranged to bleed the user base. It was taking too long to leave someone to suggest somehow taxing bicycles now they are in a sweet moment, the use of bicycles has increased and revenue must be removed somehow. If you really want a good coexistence among users of public roads have to start by investing in education, and I mean in just teaching a list of standards to be met by each affected party, should be taught to respect and sharing space .
Besides that you have a safe and an enrollment generates me much doubt who or how to do it, what if your son driving with his bike on the sidewalk also need insurance and registration ?, from what age? Are the long pedestrians in reflective clothing will also ensure?
